The Sustainable Development Goals are a universal call to action that includes targets intended to be achieved by United Nations member countries by the end of 2030.

It focuses on the solution of social, cultural and ecological issues consisting of 17 main headings such as ending hunger and poverty all over the world, combating climate change, ensuring gender equality, popularizing quality education, responsible production and consumption. It entered into force in January 2016.
